Acceleration Phase

After the GPP we are still looking to build upon what we have developed in that phase. Also being cautious to not over do things or to go to fast where could cause injury. As this is a short to long approach we will be developing capacity yes in the Accumulation phases but it will develop as the program develops. Our main focus in the Acceleration phase as you can guess is Acceleration! We will also be developing Strength. As we do not need to be fast as we are the furthest away from competition we can afford to use this time to build maximal strength and track speeds do not need to be quite as fast.
