Weights Acceleration Phase

During this phase we are looking to build our Maximal strength, our eccentric capacity and build the foundation that will take us through the year. The way in which we will develop this strength is via rotating through accumulation phase building eccentric strength followed by a faster phase in the intensification phase.

Accumulation Phase

Heavy day will focus on eccentric lifts.

Speed day will focus on Repeated Rebound Lifts

Intensification Phase

Heavy Day will focus on repeated rebound lifts.

Speed days will focus on single explosive lifts or Keiser lifts

EA Index is Peak Velocity divided by Time to Peak Velocity.

This gives us the value of our elastic threshold.
